In addition to the design and manufacture, we also offer the complete maintenance services for filtration plants and pneumatic transport pipes, which include both preventive and corrective maintenance. Preventive and corrective maintenance enable continuous plant operation and client’s satisfaction.

The maintenance includes the inspection of filtration plant chambers, suction and exhaust pipeline, fans, auger, batcher, check of controller and pneumatic valve functioning. We also provide the services of filter bag replacement and the inspection of baskets with preventive measurements indicating the plant condition.

For that purpose, Wiena grupa is equipped with professional instrumentation for measuring the output emissions, air flow velocity, temperature and humidity, bearing temperature, differential pressure, etc.

We also provide spare parts to our clients in as shortest time as possible. This helps avoid longer interruptions of client’s plant operation. Filter bags made of different materials and dimensions, filter bag baskets, electric-diaphragm valves, controllers, air pressure relief valves, etc., are always available.

Wiena grupa also offers emergency maintenance of all filtration plant parts. Any request for callouts in the Croatian territory will be dealt within 24 hours, and for EU countries we can guarantee a callout within 7 days.
